নরসিংদী জেলা কারাগারের তথ্য বাতায়নে স্বাগতম।কারাগারে আটক বন্দির অসুস্থতার কথা বলে বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ বা যে কোন ব্যাংকে অর্থ গ্রহণ করা হয় না।সরকারী নিয়ম অনুযায়ী চিকিৎসা প্রদান করা হয়। কেউ এ ধরনের কারাগারের পরিচয় দিয়ে অর্থ চাইলে আইন শৃংঙ্খলা বাহিনীকে বা অত্র দপ্তরে যোগাযোগ করার জন্য বলা যাচ্ছে।

Vision

  • The vision of the Prisons Department is to hold the persons in Jails sent by the courts and the legal authority and the reclamation of the criminals so that they may return to the society as a reformed person ready to give their best to the society

Mission

  • The mission of the Prisons Department is to ensure the safe custody if the Prisoners maintenance of strict security of Prisons and discipline among the Prisoners, look after the prisoners with humanity, proper management of prisoners in all aspects such as accommodation, food, treatment, interview with their relatives, friends a legal advisers etc, train and motivate them in the light of correctional approach for their rehabilitation in the society as a good citizen of the country.
